Cancellations: Request for refunds must be submitted in writing and must be received on or before May 2, 2010, (6:00 pm EST) to receive a full refund. Requests for refunds received May 3-May 31, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. Requests received after May 31, 2010 will not be honored. Email cancellation requests to refunds@h2mi.biz.

If you select a 1-Day Pass registration, you must indicate which day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) you will be attending.

You may make changes to your registration or transfer your registration to another individual by clicking on the URL provided in your confirmation email. This feature is available up until your name badge is printed on-site.


A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.


All registrants will be required to purchase a second registration at the onsite rate if they misplace or lose their original name badge.


PLEASE NOTE: To be entitled to student admission, you must be between 18 and 25 years old and present a valid/current student ID at registration. No one under the age of 18 will allowed to attend unless accompanied by an adult.
