Can you spit? H2MI™ is excited to offer you or your band an opportunity to get your music heard at our first-ever H2MI “How To Make It” in the Entertainment Industry Conference, taking place in Spring 2010. If you’re an independent artist or act, here is your chance to perform for a panel of industry executives and experts, and the general public. All music genres are welcomed. The competition will be held on the first two days of the conference and all finalist will perform the last day.
To be considered, first you must submit a one minute sample of your music. You can do this one of two ways:
- 1. Submit a link to your website containing a sample of your music.
- 2. Submit an MP3 file.
In addition to media exposure and the opportunity for your designs to be seen by thousands of industry executives, the winners will receive the following:
- 1st Place – $1000.00 cash magazine spread and a photo shoot.
- 2nd Place – $500.00 cash.
- 3rd Place – $250.00 cash.
As the saying goes, “you gotta be in it to win it”
Due to the overwhelming response, we recommend that you submit your music as soon as possible. There are only a limited number of slots available. No submissions will be accepted via snail mail. All general shows will take place on the first two days of the conference. From these performances, winners will be chosen on the last day of the conference.
