Got the skills? Show them off at H2MI’s “Battle of the DJs” that will take place at the H2MI “How To Make It” in the Entertainment Industry Conference, September 17th-19th, 2010. If you’re a DJ who can rock the crowd. Here is a chance for you to showcase your talent for a panelist of industry executive and the general public. The competition will be held on the first two days of the conference and all finalists will perform the last day.
To be considered, first you must submit a one minute sample of your music. You can do this one of two ways:
- 1. Submit a link to your website containing a sample of your music.
- 2. Submit an MP3 file.
In addition to media exposure and the opportunity to be heard by several thousand people, the winner will receive the following:
- 1st Place – $1000.00 cash and Custom Vinyls.
- 2nd Place- $500.00 cash and customize jacket with your logo.
- 3rd Place – $250.00 cash.
Due to the overwhelming response, we recommend that you submit your music as soon as possible. There are only a limited number of slots available. No submissions will be accepted via snail mail. All general shows will take place on the first two days of the conference. From these performances, winners will be chosen on the last day of the conference.
